If you can’t build that beautifully renovated home you see on HGTV (or don’t have the time), that can be frustrating and, dare we say it, a little embarrassing.
We understand you don’t feel at home until your house reflects you, and works for the way you use it most.
We’ve helped hundreds of homeowners just like you build their own unique living space and realize that vision of what home means to them.
Together, we can transform your house into the retreat you’ve always wanted.
(And yes, we can make your friends jealous too.)
Your project will run smoothly and without worry on your part, every single step of the way.
You’ll save money through insider pricing that we’ve already worked out with the best vendors in town.
We are carpenters with over 30 years of experience–so you can rest assured knowing your project is done right, the first time.

We prefer checks for 3 reasons:
But we will also take cash, credit, debit, and money orders.
Yes! We can give a dialed-in estimate for most projects with just a picture of your project or project space.
Cash is great, but we don’t give discounts for it. If it’s at all possible, we’d actually prefer a check made out to Homestead Industries, LLC.
We heard it best from the founder of iServe Ministries, a non-profit that puts together food backpacks for families in need in North Georgia.
“We accept canned food drives. However, if you go to the store, you’ll pay $40 for a few food items. I have special contacts where I can buy 2-10X the food for the same price. I can feed more families if you just take the money you would have spent at the grocery store and give it here. Plus, you get the tax write-off too.”
We have vendors and commercial accounts set up with places like Home Depot. If you try to pick up the material, you are very likely to pay more than if we bought it.
If you buy the materials, it also means you are responsible for ordering the full and correct list of materials, ensuring the materials get there on time (with a service charge if they aren’t), the materials are the correct ones, being there in-person to receive the order, handling the truck driver, checking the order, and calling if any materials are missing or incorrect (can also incur a service charge if it delays the schedule).
This company is veteran-owned. We pass along the savings to each and every customer whenever they are available, automatically (unless you were in any branch but the Army, then we charge double. Hooah!).
